IN STORE PURCHASE EXCHANGE POLICY
Items purchased at AshleGryre storefronts may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 5 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, have no cosmetic or lipstick stains inside or outside and unaltered with all original tags attached and with original receipt. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange. All intimate apparel and jewelry are also final sale. If an exchange is not selected - a store credit will be issued and will be valid for 45 days.

ONLINE ASHLEGRYRE.COM EXCHANGE POLICY
Items purchased from AshleGryre.com may be returned for exchange OR store credit. Returns will be accepted on allowable merchandise postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all original tags attached and with original invoice. SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange. All Jewelry and Intimate Apparel are also final sale. AshleGryre storefronts cannot accept returns for items purchased online.
Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 days. Store Credits if issued will be valid for 60 days.

Sale Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, store credits or exchanges. A member of our staff will be happy to assist in making the best decision on size etc if assistance is needed.

AshleGryre is not responsible for the wear, tear and personal care of purchased Jewelry. We do recommend that Jewelry be added to your wardrobe last when getting ready and we recommend that Jewelry be the first item removed when getting undressed. This eliminates jewelry getting caught in garments.

Jewelry by LeLe Sadoughi that is found to be defective within 90 days through no fault of the customer "may be" eligible for exchange with the designers. Shipping for repair and evaluation will be the customers responsibility. Lele Sadoughi will either repair or replace the jewelry. In the event there is no stock available- the customer will be given jewelry options for replacement at the purchased value.

AshleGryre does not offer Jewelry Repair Services but do recommend contacting your local jewelry store for repair options.

Online Purchase Return Instructions:
Within 5-7 days of the package receipt - please prepare your exchange in current box or safe packaging and ship via the method you choose. Please obtain a tracking number to avoid packages being lost in transit.

Exchanges will process within 3-7 business days and store credit or exchange will be issued. SHIPPING CHARGES will not be refunded. Please note that for an exchange, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. If you received complimentary shipping on your order, a fee of $12.95 will be deducted from the returned credit amount.

AshleGryre storefronts and AshleGryre.com take pride in offering carefully selected, designer merchandise. We have a quickly evolving inventory to ensure we always offer the most up to date selection to our customers. To assist with online ordering, we are available by phone, email, and social media messaging. We will provide as much information as we can regarding fit and sizing for your order considerations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with a store credit, good for 90 days, or immediate exchange, less shipping costs. Please do not return any Sale or Final Sale item, as it is unable to be returned or exchanged and we will not issue a store credit. We reserve the right to refuse merchandise returned with obvious signs of wear, including cosmetic or lip stick stains or with any of the original tags removed.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and NON-RETURNABLE.

Gift Card Sales are not eligible for cash back and are non-refundable. Gift Cards are not guaranteed for loss or theft and cannot be replaced. Gift Cards expire 1 year from date of purchase.
